Indian cooking classes

Do you love Indian cuisine? Would you be interested in learning how to prepare Indian food for your friends and family? Come and join me for a 6 week adventure into Indian cuisine where we will discuss basic ingredients and learn to make appetizers, chutneys, vegetarian and meat dishes from various regions of India. Leave with a dish or two to enjoy every class!

Dates: February 2, 16, March 2, 30, April 13 and 27th (mark it on your calendar)

Time: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Cost: $100 for 6, 2 hour classes (approx. $17.00 class)

Each class, 1 or 2 recipes

1. Paneer – what it is, how to make paneer from scratch, then how to make sag paneer & other paneer recipe

2. Naan + chapati breads

3. Eggplant bharta

4. Daal – Lentil recipes

5. Butter chicken or other meat dish

6. Bhajis and chutneys – appetizers and sauces
